How to order?

• Prices shown in our item web pages do not include postage cost.


• Meet-up on our own conveniences only. Any meet-up out of our conveniences, there will be a $1.50 meet-up charges.
  
• After receiving your order, we will check on the item availability and a confirmation email will be sent to you with our bank details for payment.


• Once we receive your payment, we will send the item out on the same day or next.

How to make payment?

Payment can be made by Internet Banking or ATM fund transfer.

• We only accept transfer to our DBS/POSB Bank Savings Account.


• No conceal cash.


• Payment must be made within 3 days after confirmation email have been sent.

Shipping & Returns

• If opt for Normal postage, we will not be responsible for lost item thus REGISTERED POSTAGE IS RECOMMENDED.


• Buyer will bears all postage charges unless otherwise stated.


• For Normal postage is $1.00/$1.50, depending on the size of your item.


• For Registered postage, additional $2.20 applies to buyer.


• All items will be wrapped in poly bag when send out.


• We only allow exchange of size of the same item purchased, if the size that you want for exchange is not available, you may then choose other design of the same price or higher.


• Item must be in its original state. If after our inspection, we found that the item is soiled/washed, we got the right to reject an exchange.


• Exchange will only be allowed within 10days after item have been sent out by us.


• Buyer will bears all postage charges for exchange.


• No refund are allowed.
